Refund policy

We want you happy with your gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window: 14 days from delivery.

Condition: items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping: paid by the customer, unless the item was faulty or the wrong item was sent — in that case we cover it.

Refunds: once we receive and check the returned item, we refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or wrong item: contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund in full, and cover the return shipping.

Non-returnable: items returned used, damaged by the customer, or without their original packaging.
