OVERVIEW Welcome to Golf Box TFS. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Golf Box TFS (owner: Dirk Stephan Stoop, NIF/NIE Z1675356H), which operates this online store and website (the "Services"). By visiting or using our Services you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Our store is powered by Shopify.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By using the Services you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country of residence. To place an order you may be asked for information such as your name, email, billing, payment and delivery details; you agree that this information is accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS We make every effort to show our products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary depending on your device. Product descriptions and prices may change at any time, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order; your order is accepted once we confirm it and have received payment. If we cannot accept or need to cancel an order, we will contact you using the details you provided.

SECTION 4 — PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING All prices are shown in Euro (€). Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown at the time you order and confirmed in your order confirmation email. For deliveries outside Spain, any applicable import VAT and duties are calculated and shown at checkout. You confirm that the payment method you use is yours and authorised.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are handed to the carrier.

SECTION 6 — CONSUMER RIGHTS AND RETURNS If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer law, in addition to your statutory warranty rights. Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on the Services (text, images, graphics, logos and their arrangement) is owned by Golf Box TFS or its licensors and is protected by Spanish, EU and international intellectual property law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only and may not reproduce or exploit any content without our written consent.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Our store is hosted by Shopify. Any purchases you make are made directly with Golf Box TFS. You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and us.

SECTION 13 — GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
